Empanelment Notice – w.e.f. 15th April 2026

Booth Design & Construction Services Provider Registration

With effect from 15th April 2026, it is mandatory that you have to empanel your organization as a Registered Booth Design & Construction Services provider with HGH India, in case you are offering any Booth Design & Construction Services at HGH India either to the organisers or to any of the exhibitors. Non-empanelled contractors will not be allowed to undertake any booth or any other construction activities for any editions of HGH India.

1 The contractor must pay an empanelment fee of Rs. 25,000 plus 18% GST. This fee will be valid for 2 editions of HGH India only. After the completion of the 2 editions from date of payment, the contractor needs to renew the empanelment by paying the applicable fee for the next 2 editions.
2 The company's empanelment will be subject to the organiser's approval. In case the empanelment is not approved, the empanelment fee will be refunded back to your bank account as per the details provided in this form, within 30 days of rejection.
3 As an empanelled contractor, in case you subcontract or sublet the work to another contractor, the sub-contractor executing the final booth construction work also needs to get empanelled with HGH India.
4 Sub-contractors are strictly prohibited to sublet any construction work related to the booth construction in whole or part to another contractor.
5 Any booth Contractor involved for construction in Built-up booth based on organiser's guidelines must get empanelled by paying non-refundable fees of Rs. 25,000/-.
6 HGH India has the right to deny entry or to give work permission to the contractor not empanelled with us.
7 Despite being empanelled, Organiser could disqualify the contractor if found not adhering to the rules and discipline, as defined in the Exhibitors' Manual.
8 All the contractors must take the possession of the space allotted and start construction latest by 3 pm on the first day of the set up. Failure to do so will result in the contractor being denied entry into the hall during HGH India shows.
9 The Empanelled contractor will be only allowed to undertake a maximum of 5 booths or 500 sq. metres area, whichever is lower. No approvals or construction will be allowed beyond this limit in a single show.
10 Booth designs for raw booth space must be submitted online through exhibitor manual to the organisers for their approval before the due date.
11 Booth designs constructed inside a built-up (Shell Scheme) booth should meet organiser's guidelines. Any booth design submitted for Built-up booth requires Booth Construction Form and Security Deposit of Rs. 25,000/-.

12 A Refundable Security deposit must be paid for each booth constructed and it must be paid in the mode of payment by NEFT / RTGS / IMPS only. If the contractor fails to submit the security deposit as per the mentioned mode of payment, the booth possession will not be given onsite. Security deposit amount details are as mentioned below:

13 HGH will forward the empanelled contractor's name and services to all the exhibitors. However, organisers do not guarantee any business.
14 Contractor must ensure full cooperation and best services given to the exhibitors and organisers both pre and during the event days.
15 The Empanelled Contractor should not participate in any other similar trade fare / exhibition at the same duration of HGH India shows to avoid inconvenient service and supply to the exhibitors of HGH India.
16 HGH India would not be responsible for any nature of business dealing between you and the exhibitors.
17 HGH India will not be responsible for any discrepancies arising from any nature of business dealings between exhibitors and contractors / service providers.
18 Details of the Empanelled Contractors for Booth Designers & Contractors will be listed on the HGH India Exhibitor Manual.

We are remitting vide NEFT / RTGS / IMPS transfer towards the empanelment fees for Booth Design & Construction Services for HGH India 2025 edition. Empanelment Fee: Rs. 25,000 + 18% GST = Rs. 29,500. This fee is valid for 2 editions of HGH India.
